Is there anyone interested in buying NeXT stuff? I'd like to get rid of it
as a group, i.e. not in pieces.
= HARDWARE =
I have the following NeXT items for sale as is, as a group:
6 slabs (some need 1 GB SCSI HD's),
2, 1 GB SCSI HD's
3 cubes (1 needs a new optical drive),
optical drive,
SCSI external floppy drive,
External RAM "disk drive" (it's addressed as if it is a disk),
External CD disk drive
= SOFTWARE =
MATHEMATICA still in plastic.
(I am not sure about this item, but I think I even have the OS: NeXTStep.)
= DOCUMENTS =
NeXT Manuals << the real manuals
NeXT Books
= MISCELLANEOUS =
Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, Cables, and the internal Batteries.
The original owner had it all set up as a server feeding the os to it's
clients. The system crashed and was never fixed. Time passed and the new
PC's were incredibly cheap. So I obtained them from the original owner (a
music department professor who upgraded to modern PC's) because I was into
anything unix-ese. The school let me have them since they were unused for
many months and too old for other uses.
